i thought that the movie was probably 45 mins longer than it needed to be. Also, the whole pace of the movie is more reminiscent of walking through the various stages of a video game than anything remotely like the kind of film where more conventional movie tools are used.... like a plot , character development etc.
Gotham , I always thought was supposed to be New York City. Therefore, I was a little surprised to see a lot of Chicago city scapes in this movie as well.
having said all that, I must also say that Heath Ledger did a fabulous job with the joker role. It really is a shame that we lost this guy
