Appropriate Tribute to a Classic

As a lover of classic black and white horror films I think The Wolfman was a great tribute.
Granted its not an original take by any means and I don't care for most of the cgi the overall feel of the original is evident.
After watching all the interviews before seeing this movie almost all of them mention Mr. Lon Chaney as an inspiration which to me was present in the makeup and Benicio's acting style.
So if you're looking for an action packed werewolf movie this is not for you, but if you're a fan of the original and want to see a proper tribute then I recommend this film.
