I read the book first. When I saw the movie I was expecting another poorly done representation of the book...Ohhh...so not the case! I can't tell you how well done this movie was! The entire set was EXACTLY as I imagined it would be! I was thrilled from the minute I saw the house! It was uphill from there! The characters, particularly Craig (whom until now I was not a fan of!) turned out to be well chosen! Dragon Tattoo girl...you rock!!! Well done!
Yes, I recommend this movie.

IMHO...this was the best Transformers yet! The storyline was good but the action was blasting! A few key twists and turns keep you on your toes. Good cast of characters too! Wonderful experience and we did not even see it in 3D!

A whole lotta fun

Having not really paid any attention to any of the trailers for Ironman, I half expected a comic based Spidermanesque storyline with some superhuman supernatural something happening like a spiderbite or some toxic mess happening. While (without giving away the plot) something like this happened, it was more of a means to an end rather than the reason for the story itself. Like other readers, I found the first 1/2 hour to be very trite and was hoping that the balance of the movie did not go in the same manner. Lo and behold when things started moving they really took off! This movie made up easily for the first 1/2 hour slowdown! The movie was action packed, the actors were a good mesh and the storyline was not without a morale! This movie shows that Robert Downey Jr. is still the great actor he has always been! Very entertaining.
