Harry Potter and.....the BIG dissapointment

I am a Fan-atical Harry Potter reader and until yesterday have enjoyed all of the movies. I am very understanding when it comes to book-to-movie translation. This latest H.P. was however a TRAGEDY! Major plot points were cut, Slughorn, Dumbledore and Snape were played completely wrong and the Horcrux almost seemed like a side plot to the relationships. Honestly I have NO IDEA how they will connect the final movies with this as the set up. The CGI was awsome but the story was all wrong.
My wife hasn't read any of the books and even she felt this was nowhere near as good as any of the other Potter films she had seen.
In conclusion; After making us wait soooooo long for this latest H.P. movie I feel seriously let us down.
