AT LEAST IT WAS BETTER THAN THE NEW X-MEN MOVIE

listen, what can I say about this... they tried to remake an American classic, and came up a little short. If this movie was an original concept, I'm not sure I would say if it was even this good...
shaky story, flimsy characters, but good special effects.
best part of the movie... Leonard Nimoy
I'm sure this movie will make a zillion dollars and spawn sequel after sequel, but really, was it any better than the last 3 Star Wars? and look how much abuse they took from critics...

WOULD RATHER GET SWINE FLU THAN WATCH THIS AGAIN

I knew this movie was going to be bad from the opening scenes with the kids, I just didn't know it was going to be horrible.
For all the grief Republicans and Conservatives give Obama for spending money, the studio execs who greenlit this flick should be dragged out to the studio gates, hung from the ankles and cane whipped by Sean Hannity and Laura Ingram. This was such an egregious waste of money for them to make and for me to spend, that I almost don't believe this country is in a recession.
If you want to see Hugh Jackman give a much better performance, watch the opening sequence for this year's Academy Awards Show.
I just hope that with time and therapy, I will be able to forget about this nightmare...
