Good marketing at its best

3D is still just a gimmick, and another reason to take more of your cash at the box office. I found that the glasses made the movie look worse, in that, they slightly dimmed the movie. Don't clutter your vision with this artfull animation.
Old story in a new package. A potpourri of invasion by a superior power, greed of companies, minority's subjugated by the majority. Think Dances with Wolfs, meets Wall Street, meets Pocahontas.
Despite how JC actually made the movie (His number one concern in all his movies. He's an innovator), it is a computer animation film, with some live action.
It was an OK movie, but I was expecting better from JC after an epic like Titanic.
No, I do not recommend this movie.

JJ and Company should be arrested for what they did to Star Trek. They Trashed 40+ years of cannon for what I now call McStartrek. So many plot holes...

The Cast was OK... I feel sorry for them the most. At least the casting department did their homework. Maybe the next film can fix this mess... so long as JJ stays out of it, and bring in real ST people.
Please, in the name of God... no more "Fringe... In... Spacccceeeeeee".
No, I do not recommend this movie.
