Best family film in a long time!

We loved this movie! We took our 7 y.o. daughter and friend, who both felt it was for them, rather than the "babies" most kid movies are made for. Our kids were raving afterward; much more than after the hyped "Bedtime Stories." Also, the movie contained absolutely no violence or scary moments. Of note, you may want to discuss the consequences of breaking the law afterward, as in real life you don't get off so easy.
Yes, I recommend this movie.

I Loved This Movie!

The story and animation are wonderful! A great family film with a very sweet message. However, I took my 7-year-old daughter to see it; from her High School Musical/Hannah Montana-obsessed point of view, it was "for babies." Hopefully your 7 y.o. isn't as jaded as mine! Definitely worth seeing, even if you like it more than the kids!
