Great for the Non-Trek Fan, Too

I am not what would be considered a Star Trek fan. In fact, I barely remember the details of the series. I was wondering if I would enjoy the movie at all, and only went after persistent encouragement from my friends. Boy, am I glad I saw this movie! This movie has enough action, campiness, and comedy to keep things light and moving, but it's laid over a thoughtful and emotionally compelling plot. Whether you're a fan of sci-fi, chick flicks, drama, or action, you will enjoy this movie.
