On the downside, there were some trite one-liners and I got tired of seeing Edward standing in the distance, looking away in the same pose repeatedly, but other than those hiccups, I had a great time seeing it. You definitely have to see the first Twilight to understand this one, and the population most likely to really connect with this movie is the female teen population. My husband thought the movie was stupid, but I enjoyed the battle scenes and the key player's internal conflict between her two loves. Good effects, interesting spin on the rules of werewolves and of vampires. Glad I saw it, I would recommend it.
