TONS of action and laughs. Guy Ritchie has delivered yet again, and Jude and Robert Downey Jr are BRILLIANT!!

Loved it! It had action, a (very) little drama, and lots of tongue in cheek humor! Hellboy is one of my favorite characters ever, and I thought that this film delivered on everything the trailer promised. Highly recommended for just plain fun!

I tried to think of how I really feel based on just the film, not the fact that the screenplay almost 100% re-wrote the book as the majority of the action in the film didn't even happen in the original story. Yes, I am a purist-LOVED THE BOOK! But on it's own, Prince Caspian was ok. I didn't think the creatures were created as well as in Wardrobe, Aslan did not give the feeling of awe like he did In Wardrobe, and the plot tended to feel a bit rushed, and then slow.
However, I cannot attribute any of my "fenced" feelings about this film towards the cast. Considering what they were given, those kids did a great job in their roles again and it is because of this that I would grade this film with a B/B- and would reccomend it to others, with the knowledge that the book is infinitely superior and you would be missing out if you did not also read it. It is a short book and well written and could have been used better as a template for this film.
