Dark Night showed the darkest side of both the joker and the bat without gore, blood or any excess. The plot (although a bit long) is complex enough to keep you guessing and on the edge until the end which leaves you saying..."Yep they set up for sequals". A little oddity is the way two face is portraid is medically impossible but hey it's hollywood. Just hope Freeman and Cain can still put out when they do the next film. Both looked a little long in the tooth.
Yes, I recommend this movie.
