My recommendation is based on the visual creativity of the film. It was an interesting enough story-line, although Memento is far superior, in my opinion. I did leave somewhat confused about a couple of details, but it didn't really matter. I wasn't interested enough in these details to try to figure them out. It's worth seeing.
Yes, I recommend this movie.
