My second time watching this Met HD Live performance. And it was as good as the first time. I left with a big smile on my face which doesn't happen much these days. Just wish the Met would re-broadcast other operas. Especially loved the discounted price!

Bravo to the Met for making this film available to us. As a long-time opera aficionada, I've always preferred the rehearsals to the final performance, as I love to see the performance being carefully and lovingly constructed. The only downside was the death of Ryan, and the entire audience gasped and some openly cried. Dear Met, please re-broadcast and make available on DVD.
