The movie is fast paced and interesting. I thought the makeup and new cat -like contacts detracted from the film. Rather than having the Cullens family look normal and hip as they did in twilight, this director tried to make the family look like the old time vampires-hair that looked more like wigs! Everyones hair color was changed a bit and not for the better. In the first part of the movie Edward didn't even look handsome but that changes thank heavens in the last half of the film...I wish they would have used the original director-she made Edward look more attractive. IJacob looked really good throughout the film. If appearance doesn't matter to you then you will like the film even more.
Yes, I recommend this movie.
