quite enjoyable from beginning to end

Much better graphics, dialog, character deveopment, and make up than due to a larger budget (I'm sure) and probably popularity. A lot of people complain that it drags, but the book wasn't full of explosive fights or even intimate conversations...Bella was in deep depression, and people aren't very fun when they are depressed.
The Twilight saga isn't full of vampires that are stereotypical...if you want some saucy crazy vampires, watch HBO's True Blood (completely 180, but awesome). Still, some were what I generally imagined vampires to look and be...the Volturi for instance. I love the Cullens, but it was also refreshing to see some blood thirsty, I'm going to rip your throat out vamps. :)
