Perfect, except...

I have to agree with other comments that I read that the movie was awesome aside from the fact that the sound would randomly cut out for a few seconds throughout the entire film. Otherwise, it was great to get to 'know' the artists and their families and listen to their great music.
As an aside: I wish there were more of these concert movies out there instead of so much opera. Broadway musicals would be awesome as well. But opera? Really?

A Fun Ride

Considering how deplorable many super-hero origin films are, I went into this one with concerns. I needn't have worried. 'First Class' delivers not just a great story--and for multiple characters!--but a fun, thrilling ride. This one is a must-see for any super-hero fan or anyone who just wants a fun time at the movies.

Incredible Show

I've never seen Kenny Chesney in concert (usually can't get good enough seats to make it worth the investment) and I've really been missing something! He gives a great performance and doesn't have a bad song in the bunch. Seeing it on the big screen, in 3D, it was like I was there with some of the best seats in the house. If more concerts were done this way, I'd be seeing a lot more shows. I think this is a great idea and hope it becomes a trend!

Like it was meant to be seen

Having only ever seen 'The Wizard of Oz' on television, I was eager to see it on the big screen. It was well worth it, especially with the documentary on the making of the film coming just before. It was nice to see it as it was originally viewed, making me imagine how audiences of 1939 must have reacted to what we now take as commonplace, and even dated. I wouldn't have missed seeing it one time on the big screen, and if they ever offer it again, I'd suggest others take advantage of it.

One of the best superhero films yet

Finally, a superhero film that got it totally right! Most initial superhero films slap together the creation of the hero so they can throw in the villains and special effects. This film is all about the creation of Iron Man, with enough intrigue, villainy, and special effects (not to mention humor!) laced throughout to keep you riveted. And stay past the credits for a small scene that sets us up (thankfully) for a sequel. Well done!
