Good - almost til the end

Since I travel nearly as much as Ryan Bingham, George Clooney, I could relate to his situation. It was a realistic portrayal of the life of a road warrior. Unfortunately, the ending was very empty with Alex, Ryan's love interest, taking an out of character turn. It almost seemed like they had two endings in mind, filmed parts of both and combined them. The ending made a great movie into a less than satisfactory good movie.
Yes, I recommend this movie.

Realistic tale

If you can get by the somewhat unrealistic family scenario you are treated to a very realistic view of a troubled young woman and her family relationships. A very heavy story told in a way that makes you feel you are there. Even to the point of wanting to get up and leave during the wedding reception. The wedding reception scene seemed to go on for ever without adding to the story line. Overall a very good movie about a heavy subject.
Yes, I recommend this movie.
