This movie was very good. The colors and textures of the birds and background were so real you could touch them. No we did not see it in 3D.
Family comes first is what our party came out of the film. What ever you must do to protect your family.
This generation is trying to hang on to the lastest fad, drug to feel good. Family should be your fad and drug. The family core is almost gone. Kids have no mothers or dads. Grandparents are raising kids in their later 50's and 60's and well into their 70's.I know I am that grandparent and am Blessed to do it.
DO NOT TAKE YOUNG ONES TO THIS FILM. Their were countless young children crying and afraid. I would say from age 7 and up you can take to this movie. The slashing fighting and "red eyes in the helmet" look scares little ones. The parents needed their heads examined.
Yes, I recommend this movie.

Wow what a movie...but...there is always a but. The language was a bit over done. Burnt crispy... I don't think it added to the movie. Emma Stone hit the character on the head of the nail. She was so good.
I took my 12 year old granddaughter to see the movie. I am going to insist she reads the book. This is an example of what not to do. A lie starts off as little and always as lies do balloons into a monster. Olive is able to burst that balloon through her intelligent use of media.
My granddaughter talked about the film afterwards. She didn't know what some of the words meant. I told her I would rather tell her what they meant than for her to find out from other sources. We had a great conversation. She is well grounded and at first thought I would not let her see it. Again the language is a bit much. Olives girlfriend over did the s word and the b word. It also taught my granddaughter how supposed friends will abandon you and believe anything and they are just as transparent as glass.
Go see it beware of the language. Use it as a tool to keep your young daughters and granddaughters on the right path. Education and visual media is what the kids learn from now in this generation. Remember the right path for our young girls!
Yes, I recommend this movie.

Once again Sly Stallone demonstrates he is just not another "action star". He is a writer, director and a creator of excellent films. My husband and I could not wait to see this. I think he fashioned a trememdous cast. If Charles Bronson was still alive..wow! WHAT a mix that would be. We would of liked to see more of Mickey Rourke"s acting in this movie. Arnold still has it... the new comers to the movie gave it a great..well I won't spoil it. You will have to see it. Great movie...I didn't hear one F word, which I was thankful. There is enough of that when you see Entertainment Tonight or TMZ...Just Action, Action Action.. Go, Go Go see it!!!
Yes, I recommend this movie.

Wow! Nicolas Cage can teach the Donald a thing or two!! What a great movie. I am 56 and I don't know what a previous movie goer was talking about...only good for a "rainy day" All the movies of recent that Nicolas Cage has made with Disney has been top notch. My granddaughter will love this movie. A break from the Twilight scene. It was good clean fun!! It made me laugh out loud!! With times as they are I haven't done that in a long time! Go see it and ENJOY it! Family movie 100%

As a graduation outing for our family we picked this movie. The combat !! WOW what can I say. This is a great movie to be seen more than once for sure!! I felt it was very well done. No excessive cleavege on the princess to ruin the movie. The plot was TWISTED. We enjoyed it throughly. Loved it!! While we were there the movie theater had two black outs. But to spite that interruption it was so coool!!
Yes, I recommend this movie.

I agree with the other mothers. It was fine for a $1 summer camp movie. It was too dark to see. My four year old was bored with it half way through. She said "where did the princess go?" and then she was tied up being rolled in to be eaten?? What kind of message are the film maker sending to our little one. I got a different sense of the movie from the previews. Then it gets twisted. I realize you have to have variety for all ages to show at summer camp. This one was strange.!! Pandagirl in Brandon

I liked this movie. It was exciting, unpredictable, funny, and touching. Yes go see it.I think it was just as equally good as the first.Ron Perlman is such a great actor. He has been around a long time. He was in the series Beauty and the Beast, He was a lion. I watched it faithfully on Fridays. He was in other movies as well, Magnificent Seven, Blade II or III . Great job on Hell boy!!!

I took my granddaugther to see the film. It was not entertaining. She was bored with the movie. She is the one to say Grandma can we go now! A interview basis throughout the movie was not thought through.

This movie surprised me. It started out a little slow. But I am inpatient. I wanted the movie to get to the core of the plot. Once it got moving I think the actors were well matched. Good performaces. go see it for yourself. Angie needs the extra bucks for the babies and Morgan needs the bucks for retirement!! Really alll kidding aside........Go see this movie!!! Pandagirl
