The first half of this movie was incredibly slow. I can see how you might enjoy the continuing story but if you read the books then this movie will be disappointment. I thought the special effects were on par with the original Star Trek.

Totally enjoyable. This movie made me smile throughout. Although I'm sure kids would love this movie, you don't need a kid to go. Fun and great use of 3D IMAX.

The crowds were crazy for this one and the audience often ooowed and ahhhhed during the no shirt scenes. They loved it. I thought the movie was entertaining but the special effects were obvious and the story and characters would be hard to figure out if you aren't at least familiar with the first movie but it might be more helpful to read the book before hand. Overall it was fun and entertaining.

I went with my family and we all enjoyed the movie. My 12 year old daughter gave it an 8.5 out of 10...but later explained that was only because she didn't like loud explosions! The plot was well throught out and Robert Downey Jr was excellent in this role. Go see this movie! It is by far one of the best comic book movies to be made.
