THE PROPOSAL is a romantic comedy that's actually just more of a comedy than anything else that both men and women will enjoy. The cast is great (Ryan Renolds and Sandra Bullock have perfect comic timing and believable chemistry together, and the supporting cast is also very strong, especially Betty White), the writing sharp and funny and while it of course the movie has a happy ending it doesn't go out in the usual cheesey way. There are too few movies like this made today and I can comfortably say that this is one I would gladly see again, anytime! With girlfriends, a date or my family! See THE PROPOSAL, you won't regret it and, if you do go with a date, your boyfriend or husband will thank you too :)
