I have a 9 year old daughter who just had to see it. I had watched the 1st and 2nd movies and knew it would be a good plot but didn't expect it to have so many different sides to it. There were some really good musical numbers and the cast did an excellent job. My daughter loved it and is still singing the songs, will probably be singing for a while. And truth be told I am still singing some of the songs too. The moved seemed to have something for everyone, and it was a really good transition from tv to the big screen.
The movie (from a grown ups stand) had some good/funny moments. My daughter 8 loved it and that was the purpose of going. So it was a success for that, so for anyone with children I would recommend it. Like a previous review said it wasn't Eddie Murphy's funniest, but it was cute.
