Super 8 = Super Flick!

Super 8 was a great homage to films of my youth such as E.T., The Goonies, Stand By Me, etc. Abrams and Spielberg crafted a terrific film. As someone previously mentioned, I wouldn't bring little kids to watch it, as some parts could be frightening to them. If you're in the mood for a movie where character development and storytelling are well blended with the action set pieces, I highly recommend Super 8.

Tron: Legacy was well worth the wait!

It took Disney 28 years to do it, but Tron: Legacy was well worth the wait. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars was because the middle of the film got bogged down just little bit. The action was intense and the special effects were amazing. The "Grid" was a site to behold. I highly recommend this to anyone looking for a great action flick. Whether you were a fan of the original film or not, Tron: Legacy is grade A entertainment.

Spectacular!!!

Avatar was amazing! Don't let a familiar plot deter you from experiencing this epic film. The story was inspiring and the visuals were jaw dropping. I strongly recommend seeing this in IMAX 3D. As far as CGI goes, James Cameron has changed the game. The Na'Vi were the most lifelike computer generated characters I've ever seen, and their interaction with the human characters was seamless. You'd think that a race of blue, 12 foot tall aliens really exist. You owe it to yourself to experience this film.
