One word of advice for those planning on seeing this - Don't check out the trailer.
I didn't, and was pretty creeped-out. My wife, on the other hand, saw the trailer and wasn't nearly as surprised by certain key moments because she already knew what to expect.
The best "real cam" movie I've seen. Highly recommended - just don't watch that trailer!
