I was really looking forward to this movie as the viewer reviews were so positive. Plus I watched

Secretariat win these races many years ago.
I was dissapointed with it..I felt it moved very slowly and I was almost wishing it would be over. I had two 11 years olds with me and I was concerned they were getting bored. The racing scenes were exciting and really the best parts in the movie. My suggestion would be to wait til it hits OnDemand.
No, I do not recommend this movie.

My husband, daughter (almost 9) and I went to see this on the first day it was out. We all really enjoyed it...fun family entertainment! Great story and acting and it kept our attention. We walked away smiling! It's hard to find a kids movie these days that parents can also enjoy...this was was great for kids and their parents! Abigail Breslin was terrific.
Yes, I recommend this movie.
