Disappointing

I stayed up to watch the midnight premiere of Twilight and I wish I hadn't. I have read all of the books and adore them, however, this was a let down. The direction was all over the place and the characters had zero depth. I feel if you hadn't read the book you might not know why Bella and Edward even love each other. People in our movie theater were literally laughing out loud during the serious moments of the movie because it was so cheesy.
No, I do not recommend this movie.
