I was due for some laughs and this movie brought the perfect dose. As with all of Woody Allen's movies, you need to be open minded and grasp the deeper meaning. I went with 4 people and we all really enjoyed the film.

It was a movie that was very different from anything i have ever seen. You feel the pain and sadness for everyone in this movie. I was impressed with the impact the film had on me.

I would have chosen 3.5 if it was possible because of the violence. The movie was very powerful and made you feel the pain and hurt each character struggled with. Mickey Rourke did an incredible job as did Marissa Tomei. She should get an award just for having a body like that at 45!!
If you dont like blood or violence, i don't recommend this movie, but if you can stand it and appreciate the plot, I would say go see it.

I cannot express in words how powerful this movie was. I am still amazed at how fast the 2 hours went. It was so impressively done. Simply genius.
