dont understand the hype

i have no idea why theres so many good reviews. i love horror movies and this movie was brutal. there were about 2-3 good scenes that lasted 10 seconds each.......
the plot is dumb its like the people have no life, im sorry this movie was not good

If you compare it to some recent horror movies, this movie was very good. It takes some old stuff from the original halloween movie and mixes in some good things with it.
Yes, I recommend this movie.
