Predictable ending but funny

Although the ending was predictable, the whole lead-up was fairly good and there were some very funny bits.

Smart People was very on-target

Reminded me a little of my own life, the isolation and solitariness that smart people get into. Dennis Quaid was great in his role, Sara Jessica Parker and Ellen Page were also great, and the wacky brother (Thomas Hayden Church) was also superb.
Definitely worth seeing and will eagerly await a DVD with more scenes and so forth.
