Good story line and even better special effects

M. Night Shyamalan hit the target with this combination of story line and CGI special effects. The basic premise of the movie is the world is split into four basic elemental societies (Air, Water, Fire and Earth, who fracture and one, thinking they are much more powerful than the others (Fire) dominates the others. There is a the child that will keep the peace and make things right but was never trained in all the elements he'll need to control in order keep the peace. A definite sequel will be out for this since he has only learned two of the four powers he needs to keep the world at peace.
Yes, I recommend this movie.

Can't tell who the bad guy really was!

I'm really not sure who the bad guy was in this movie, lawyer or citizen, and that's where this mind bender grabs the audience. After a 'shady' deal by the prosecuter gets the citizens' family killers someone less than real justice, the citizen strikes back in such a calmly cool and devastatingly calculated way that there will be surprises for the rest of the film that keep you on the edge of your seat. But who is really the bad guy? A must see for suspense and action with a twisted and winding plot that will have everyone asking this question, who is really the bad guy?
Yes, I recommend this movie.

Vulgarity Abound

Being a fan of Adam Sandler I was looking forwad to this drama/comedy, but what it ended up seeming to me was a weak tug on the heart strings followed by a mild version of Scrooge, all wrapped in a vulgar laden vocabulary. I guess every star is entitled to a flop but this film souldn't even be allowed to come out in DVD. Sorry Adam :-(
No, I do not recommend this movie.

Confusing and Non-climactic

All through the movie it takes you back and forth through time to scenes that are left up to the viewer to put into some sort of order. All the time you expect it to culminate into a "It all makes sense now" but that moment never happened for us.
No, I do not recommend this movie.

I saw this with my wife, 24 year old son, and his girlfriend and we all agree....5 stars for great plot, tremendous/explosive action, and the ending sets the stage for whats sure to be an equally powerful sequel (Tony Stark appears) This is a must see for Iron Man, Fantastic Four and the original Hulk movie fans.
Yes, I recommend this movie.
