this is not a horrible movie at all. in an ideal world, though, this would be the worst movie playing nationwide- not a runaway hit of the summer. it speaks to the declining level of intellect and sophistication in this country that this movie is not being reviewed as the cute and pleasant movie that it is, but rather as a new comedy masterpiece.
this is yet another in a series of movies which seem like they are really directed at high school kids, but which adults go to see.
this is the kind of movie to watch on an airplane (and to ENJOY on an airplane). but it is not worth even minimal effort to go see. totally forgettable, all been done before.
No, I do not recommend this movie.
