I enjoyed it, as I do (almost) all of Almodovar's films, but the script of this one never really adds up. Mostly about film and film people, you're never emotionally involved in any of the characters. Still, it's very well acted and photographed. Moment to moment it's involving (if 20 minutes too long), but in the end, it's forgettable.
The people and the industry are interesting, sometimes even fascinating, but the movie is not well put together. It seemed like they didn't have (or Anna wouldn't give them) enough material about her, so they had to use Grace as the star. The Sienna Miller part was just lame. I wished they had explored more about the MONEY involved. Still, loved seeing "backstage" and comparing real life with The Devil Wears Prada.
