For anyone who's ever had a lost weekend (or night) in Las Vegas (or just dreamed of one or been curious about one) ... you will laugh and smile till your face cramps. And if you've never been to Vegas it will just be funny because it's funny. The context helps, but it's not required.
Yes, I recommend this movie.
