Remember all the old "Villain" movies? This plot has something from all the Bond/Spy movies but adds some of the humor of children. And we all remember hitting a target at a fair but not getting a prize, that scene was worth the whole movie, wicked revenge on the "carny"! Well worth seeing.
Yes, I recommend this movie.
