Good, but had some awkward moments

I wasn't blown away like some of the previous movies in this series. Overall the movie was a little depressing, which is to be expected considering the content of this part of the book, but there were also some strangely awkward scenes. The way Jacob asserts his authority telling Sam off was the most awkward. The birth scene was strange too. Somehow reading this material I never felt weird about it, but watching the movie I definitely had some "wth" moments. Still, I'm a fan and it was a good movie overall. I'll see it again before it's out of the theater maybe a second try will seem less strange?!

Good, but could have been better

Definately better than the first. Movie stayed close to the book with only a few deviations. I thought seeing Taylor Lautner was worth the ticket price alone! I liked that there was more action and the actors seemed much more believable in this one vs the first one. Will go see it again before it's out of the theaters. And I'm very excited that Eclipse is due out so soon! Yeah for that, can't wait!
