A pretty darn good movie that could have been so much better.
It's like they couldn't decide to completely give in to the 60's vibe.
The bad guys were really, really poor sketches of characters.
Special effects were awesome.
Yes, I recommend this movie.

Great Action, So-So Otherwise

I had read the reviews, so I knew this was going to be a war-flick with a sci-fi twist.
It was fun to watch: creepy, scary, fun, dazzling at various times.
character development was present, just a little forced and lame.
Short answer: exactly what I paid to see!
Yes, I recommend this movie.
