Slow moving HP film

This has to be the slowest moving HP film up to date. I even heard members of the audience say they almost fell asleep at certain parts.'I am a big fan of the books. I have been reading them since I was in 8th grade. What I find frustrating is that they took out a few characters from the book like Fleur, Bill(ron's brother), did not let the Dean character speak, gave Luna lovegood all of Tonk's lines, did not establish the relationship between tonks and lupin properly,and did not see the prime minister of england once or the ministry of magic.
They also completey changed the ending!
Don't get me wrong, there were some funny parts in the film and some moments they did manage to keep but I came out the theatre slightly disappointed.
