Good movie with good story line and great special effects. The all star cast gave it a good appeal. The special effects was amazing. Chris Hemsworth showed off his pects; Natalie Portman gave her cute looks; Anthony Hopkins gave his grand performance. I just saw it in regular non 3D, non IMAX, big screen.
I recommend seeing at a matinee price.

There's lots of car chase, women in bikinis, and shootin. The Rock is back. The plot is weak Bad guys are the good guys. Evil guy is the bad guy and the Feds are avenging Angels.
Wait till you go to the red box or rent it on line.
No, I do not recommend this movie.

For the Whole Family

This is movie tells a good story and glorifies GOD. It is refreshing to have movies that shows modern families that GOD has a plan for Bethany Hamilton.
What I enjoyed about this movie is that there are stars like Dennis Quaid, Helen Hunt, and even Kevin Sarbo to make this a real Hollywood movie.
I would recommend this movie at the theaters.

GIC or Fate?

I liked Emily Blunt better than Matt Damon. She really captured the beauty of this movie. Matt Damon was a distraction. I felt George Clooney would have done a better job. This movie had hidding meanings and hints of God In Control and/or uncontrolled fate. Depending on one's own philosophy in life, it can fit or relate to. I recommend to see it as a cheaper matinee or just rent. It's good, but not that good.

It was a good movie. When it started, the movies was a little confusing and as it progressed, it became a feeling of frustration. As the movie progressed, it started to get better. Scott Bakula played the voice of the father of the hero. You might recognize his voice, but I didn't. The reason I knew this is because I read the credits. I recomend to wait it becomes available to rent or Netflix. I was not worth the $11 to see it.

It's an old fashioned action dude's movie. BFD. Save some money. If you must see this movie, watch it at matinee prices, or wait till the DVD comes out.

This is the feel good motivation movie for the year. Instead of the SoCal, its China. Jayden Smith did a really good job with his ability as an actor and an athlete. You could that his training must have been intense.
The movie was 2 and a half hour . This time the mom in this version was more of a mother hen. (Cluck, Cluck, cluck) . Mr. Han (Jackie Chan) involved more acting, so imagine Jackie Chan walking like an old man and fighting like a KF master. The biggest complaint I have is the constant panning and moving of the tournament action scenes. It was a distraction from the awesome flip and kick scenes that I was so looking forward to.
I would recommend wait til the Blue Ray comes out.
