Surprisingly Great Film

This film was surprisingly entertaining. Going into the movie, I was expecting a low budget hip hop flic. The film quality and acting was actually really great. The two rappers in the film, Busta Rhymes and Sticky Fingaz, were very convincing in their roles, and Tom Berenger and Armand Assante were excellent too. It was a very gritty and fast paced movie, which is just what I was looking for. Some of the film was a bit heavy, but the music and cinematography really pulled it together. I wouldn't recommend this film as a family flic, but anyone who wants to see an intense nyc thriller, Breaking Point seriously gets the job done. 4 stars for exceeding expectations.
