After reading the expert reviews which lead me to believe that the movie would be somewhat long and boring… They could not have been more wrong. The movie moved along nicely with action scenes, character development and great visual landscape that made this for me one of my favorite movies to date. I loved the acting of young Bilbo as a character trying to find his place among this group of adventurers. I will be seeing this movie again on Sunday. There are some great reviews at Forbes.com by Carol Pinchefsky and Erik Kain that do a much better overall explanation than I can.
Pros well paced, great story, great actors
Yes, I recommend this movie.
