What a great story. The visual impact is astounding, i.e., the storm, the fire, the battle.
Because of the peril the young sister is put in, I would not recommend it for young children. The bats were scary too. You must see this movie to appreciate the great strides in graphics. It will blow your mind.

A great classic tale and a magical rendering of it. A bit heavy for young children, but a wonderful holiday movie. A good moral lesson to be learned from it.

This movie is not for the sqeamish. The effects are too real for comfort and with 3-D added in, it takes you on a wild ride that will make you jump when things start flying at you. The most hypnotizing thing was the ember. I actually reached out to touch it. See for yourself.

It's a jaw-dropping movie. A must-see on a big screen to capture the artistry of the special effects. I would see this movie again and will definitely purchase it when it comes out on DVD.

It was great fun to sit through this movie. We love the characters, and now we have Peaches. Buck, Scratte, Momma Dino and her three kids only added to the enjoyment of the film, Buck especially. Definitely a movie to own when it comes out.
