I tilt my hat to Matt Damon for trying his best in this movie. However, in the end, it just wasn't enough. The story is interesting but not enough for 1hr and 48 mins worth. If you are interested in business and what greed can lead to, get the video when it comes out. That way you can fast forward to the last 40 mins of the movie and enjoy it.
No, I do not recommend this movie.

I had no expectations of this movie. I knew that aliens were involved and that was it. The first 30 minutes were terrible. There was no need to make the movie so gross other than an attempt to get people to visit the restrooms at the theater. I would have walked out, but my sons wanted to see it. We all like the action in the last 45 minutes of the movie. The plot was understandable, but the execution was seriously flawed. I would not waste any time or money on this film.
No, I do not recommend this movie.

A laptop and cellular phone in a 1950's era movie; just doesn't make any sense. The entire movie was a waste of two good actor's time (Samuel L. Jackson and Eve Mendes) and a production company's money. I would have rather raked the leaves in my yard then to spend two hours of my day viewing this film. I wish I could get my money back.
