Very funny.. good fun movie

I am always concerned about taking my sons to a Sandler movie, but this was a lot of fun. My boys and I laughed the whole way through. It was silly, funny, and endearing. The interaction between the characters was good. Definitely a good family movie.

Go for the laughs, not the drama

After fighting holiday shoppers for six hours, I was in the mood for a laugh. This fit the bill. Yes there is a lot of bad language. But is was fun. Dont take it too seriously, keep a sense of humor, and you'll be pleased. I laughed all the way through.

Remember- you cant get a refund

Pass on this. If you are going for action, entertainment, thought provoking dialog, stunning special effects, or even a descent sci-fi, I'm sorry but you'll be disappointed. The special effects were not stellar, the story is old, the directing seemed tired, the "timing" was off. I left feeling like I just wasted my money. The audience reaction was very similar. If you just want to "get away" from life and let your mind go blank for 90 minutes, this is for you. If you are going to be entertained, or have any desire to watch a movie worth the admission, I say pass on this. Point of note> After the movie, the Manager told me about 1/3 of all the movie goers come to her and ask for a REFUND! Wow.
No, I do not recommend this movie.
