And I say this as one who was on the original Star Trek set (which was better on TV, of course). See this week's New Yorker for a real review, but while we enjoyed the non-stop rip-roar--and were moved the the graceful use of Leonard Nimoy--the ball wasn't moved down field very far. (At least it wasn't deflated.) Best was assembling the familiar team; the plot and action were forgettable. And nothing will ever top GALAXY QUEST!
