Very hard to come-up to the level of Borat... Cohen is now too well known to pull that off, again. Still, many very funny moments best enjoyed with an appreciative, receptive crowd.
There is some attempt at making some political points (which I agree with) that causes the movie to slow down. It's meant to be an echo of Chaplin's The Great Dictator. Not really in the same league but definitely worth seeing.
