Great for my teenage son--lot's of action, high bravado, good comic relief. As a lifetime Star Trek fan I would say this felt a little forced with somewhat shallow characters. Many of the successful Star Trek movies have a bit of self-depreciating humor to offset the "nobody would ever truly act like that" issue-this movie fails to deliver that. However, even saying that, this is a fun good movie and I would recommend it.
