Entertaining, but wanting.

Well, we go to see movies to be entertained, right? Alice In Wonderland was entertaining and fun. I may have been full of too much movie-hype, but after watching the film, I felt like I was just "satisfied" and that's it. I felt that the 3D aspect did not really add to the film and that it was 2D in many ways. Speaking of 3D, the animation of the human characters, especially of "Stayne" on his horse was stiff and amateur. I think that there was way too much dramatics put on the Hatter, which actually slowed the film down. All in all, I am glad that I saw it. I was entertained, but my expectations for this film were not met.
Yes, I recommend this movie.
