Best Movie Ever

Many reviews have attacked the story, so that is where I will start. Avatar's story is incredible. While it is similar to Pocahontas and or dancing with wolves, it is original in its own way. There is so much depth, from language to culture. All of which is truly original. I was immersed, and felt as if I was learning about a real alien culture.
Others have attacked the films length. I enjoyed every minute. I never once looked at my watch.
Everyone can agree on the visuals. They were outstanding and truly Next Gen. The 3d was done perfectly. No corny objects flying at your face every 30 seconds just because it's 3D. The 3D was used in a way that truly added depth and took you into the world that is Pandora.
Yes, I recommend this movie.

Pros: This was such a great movie. The time flew by! Everyone in the party enjoyed it, and the many clapping moments shared by the theatre.
Cons: Quite a bit of cussing/swearing compared to the previous movie. The twin Autobots are portrayed as stereotypical illiterate ghetto African Americans (one even has a gold tooth), which as an African American I did not care for.
Overall: Go see it. The negatives were not enough to merit not seeing the movie. You and your family will enjoy it!
