Let me start off by saying I am a fan of the books. And I enjoyed the first movie. This movie had the potential to be fantastic, but it actually fell short of that in many ways. There were alot of spots in the movie that really needed more explanation. Also, the first scene with the wolves (showing Sam as the big dark wolf), looked way too CGI. Later scenes with the wolves were much better. The relationships were very underdeveloped in the movie compared to the books. Overall, I enjoyed the movie but I would not recommend paying full price to see it. I would only recommend this movie to a friend who had read the books so they do not come away confused.
