About an hour of "shakey-cam" with an occasional burst of "thump bump what was that?" (guess these folks never had cats or dogs) and a wee bit of "that's creepy." Certainly not any "scariest movie ever."
I applaud the film-makers for taking an eight minute concept that feels better suited to being four separate two minute videos on one of those "post it yourself" sites and stretching it to a grueling 1 hour 39 minutes.
I also applaud those promoting the film for getting me into the theater despite my inner voice telling me "the people who think this is cool just are too young to even remember "Blair Witch.'"
I'll never get that 1 hour 39 back.
No, I do not recommend this movie.
