This is, in my honest opinion, the best of any of the Batman franchises hands down. All of the actors fit in their roles so well. It almost makes you forget that they are acting. The action is amazing. Not only is it well done, but it doesn't "drown" you. I mean, there's a lot of it, but it is well spaced throughout the movie. A perfect balance of action and storytelling

I went into this movie without ever having seen the show or reading the manga. Regardless, this was a really good movie for someone not familiar with the story or characters. Everything was well explained so I didn't have to keep nudging my son to find out what was going on. And unlike some other reviewers, I didn't mind the vocal dubbing. I grew up on Godzilla movies so I am used to it. I do agree that some of the text in the movie could have been subtitled, but some of it was explained right after by one of the characters, so it was okay. All in all, a very good movie, even for an anime first-timer.

This movie just flat-out kicks butt! There is not a dull moment at all. All the actors do great in this movie. I'm not a big Gwenyth fan, but was very impressed with her performance. All in all, this is probably the best comic book adaptation yet. In the 2 hour running time, a lot happens but nothing feels rushed or crammed down your throat. Great movie through and through.
